Maths is required everyday in life, not just in the class or in state exams. In the kitchen we can expose children to shapes, quantity, money, weight, length, numbers, order & sequence and more and all in a good fun way. Giving an early foundation will help lay down fundamentals and build on them making maths a fun subject with lots of positive experiences. This will then carry over into learning in school.
